Non-discountable items

• The following items cannot be discounted or used with coupons or any other type of store promotion.  Management can authorize sales on these items at their discretion.
• Everyday low-priced items (products with price ending in "7")
• Alpha Omega products
• Special order items
• Girl Scout merchandise
• Gift certificates

 Return Policies

• 14-day return policy with original receipt and in saleable condition
• We WILL NOT accept a return of opened product!!
• Returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made.
• Returns without a receipt will be issued a store credit worth 25% off the current selling price of items.
• For your protection, valid identification is required with any return not accompanied by a receipt.
• Any return outside of 14 days will be given store credit only
• Returns with a gift receipt will be given store credit only

 Other Policies

• We are not responsible for laminating results.
• Products with factory defects will be replaced with an identical item if in stock.  If item is not in stock: a refund in the original method of payment will be issued with a store receipt, or store credit will be issued without a store receipt.
• No price adjustments; any discount, coupon, or promotion cannot be used towards previous purchases.
• Discounts may not be combined, one coupon per transaction. Coupons may not be used on sale or clearance items.
• All billing to an institution must meet a $10.00 minimum.
